The worst part about being a new patient is all of the extra time you have to spend filling out your medical and dental history, medications, and insurance. You can save time at your first appointment by filling out your new patient forms online, before you arrive. Contact us for your login credentials.
Your First Orthodontic Visit
On your first visit to our Trax Orthodontics, you’ll meet our team and be able to speak with the orthodontist Dr. Namay.
We’ll look over your dental and medical history forms, and then we’ll complete an oral exam. If necessary, we will take digital x-rays and photographs. The orthodontist will identify any issues and determine a treatment plan.
Depending on your needs and the plan you choose, you may be able to start treatment the same day as your appointment.
We will discuss financial information and confirm an appointment to start your treatment plan (if not the same day).
Insurance
Contact us to find out the insurance we accept. We file your insurance claims and can help you maximize your benefits so you get the orthodontic care you need.
Financing

Scheduling Appointments
One of the most daunting aspects of orthodontic care is coming back into the office every four to eight weeks to switch or adjust your appliance. That’s why we will try to accommodate your schedule to the best of our abilities.
